kyat8 Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use Agreement

This "Terms and Conditions" agreement is a legally binding contract between the kyat8 platform ("Service") and every person who uses it ("Player", "you").

By opening an account, accessing and playing, or making deposits and withdrawals on the kyat8 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood all of these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree with this agreement, you must stop using the Service.

kyat8 may revise these terms at any time. When revisions are made, the updated date on this page will be changed, and continued use of the Service will be taken as acceptance of those revisions.

2.1 Nature of the Service

kyat8 is an online casino service for Myanmar players that includes Live Casino, Slots, football betting, and other game types. All games, deposit and withdrawal systems, and bonus programs within the Service are governed by these terms and conditions.

2.2 Access Restrictions

To use the Service, the following conditions must be met —

3.1 Registration

Every player must register using their real name, phone number, and verified identity. kyat8 has the right to verify account ownership at withdrawal, and may block withdrawals if the details do not match.

3.2 Account Security

Sharing your account login details with anyone is strictly prohibited. All gaming and financial activity on the account is the sole responsibility of the account holder.

3.3 Account Suspension

If these terms are violated, kyat8 has the right to suspend the account without prior notice. Upon suspension, no funds will be refunded and all available bonuses and credits will be forfeited.

4.1 Deposits

You can deposit at kyat8 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Deposits are processed almost instantly, depending on the payment method used.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the request.

• Your account name will be verified at withdrawal, so you must use a payment account registered under your own name
• kyat8 reserves the right to block withdrawals due to bonus abuse
• If a money laundering investigation is requested, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at kyat8 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks.

Another example — If you deposit 420,000 Ks, the maximum bonus is capped at 200,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 620,000 Ks. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only
• If you request a withdrawal after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited
• If you request a withdrawal before completing the required wagering, an amount equal to the bonus will be deducted from your account
• Bonuses may not be converted to cash, sold, or transferred

5.3 VIP Program

kyat8 has 4 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — and players move up the tiers based on their total wagering amount. The highest tier, Platinum, offers up to 0.8% weekly cashback. VIP tier criteria are determined solely by kyat8 and are subject to change without notice.

6.1 Player Responsibilities

Every player on the kyat8 platform is responsible for managing their own responsible gaming and must accept the obligations that come with it. kyat8 reserves the right to remove players who engage in unfair play from the service.

6.2 Strictly Prohibited Actions

• Using software bots, automated tools, or hacking methods to play
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system
• Placing bets with advance knowledge of football match results through unfair means (Match Fixing)
• Making repeated deposits and withdrawals with the intent to launder money
• Hacking or breaching the platform's systems or players' personal data

If any of the above violations are found, kyat8 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all funds.

kyat8 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption technology and will not share it with any third party — except where required by a lawful request.

7.1 Player Acknowledgement

Every player confirms at the time of registration that the information provided is accurate, and must update it immediately through account settings if anything changes. kyat8 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate information.

kyat8 bears no legal responsibility for any financial losses resulting from gameplay. Every player is solely responsible for their own financial decisions, and the company is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate judgement.

Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are not manipulated by kyat8 — game results cannot be reversed, and claims based on them cannot be accepted.

10.1 Right to Amend

If any individual term is found to be legally invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply. For any matter arising from this agreement, kyat8's written amendments and decisions are final.
